This Privacy Policy explains how Pawel Miroslaw ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Crypto Puzzle mobile application ("App").
01 Overview
Crypto Puzzle is a mobile puzzle game that requires a compatible Solana Mobile wallet connection before gameplay on supported devices.
We aim to collect and process the minimum amount of information necessary for the App to function.
02 Information the App Uses
Based on the App's current functionality, the App may access or process the following categories of data on the device:
- public wallet address returned by the connected wallet;
- wallet authorization token returned by the wallet integration;
- basic local app state needed to restore wallet connection status on the device; and
- device- or platform-provided technical information that may be exposed by the operating system or third-party libraries as part of normal app operation.
03 How the Data Is Used
The above information is used only to:
- determine whether a wallet is connected;
- restore a prior wallet session on the same device;
- display the connected wallet status inside the App; and
- enable the user to enter gameplay after wallet authorization.
04 Local Storage
The current App implementation stores the wallet address and wallet authorization token locally on the user's device in app storage so that the App can restore wallet session status.
06 Regulated or Sensitive Data
The App is not designed to collect sensitive regulated data such as government identification numbers, health data, biometric data, payment card details, precise geolocation, or children's personal data.
07 Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors where parental or guardian consent is required by applicable law.
If you believe a minor has provided personal data in violation of applicable law, please contact us at pawelmiroslaw@proton.me and we will review the request.
08 Data Retention
Data stored locally for wallet session continuity remains on the device until:
- you disconnect your wallet from the App;
- you clear the App's data;
- you uninstall the App; or
- the data is otherwise removed through normal App behavior or system controls.
If we are ever required to retain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons, we may do so to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.
09 Security
We take reasonable steps to reduce privacy and security risk, but no app, device, network, or third-party wallet integration can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for safeguarding your device, wallet app, recovery phrase, and all private credentials.
10 Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or complaint to a supervisory authority.
Because the current App primarily stores wallet session data locally on the device, many data management actions can be accomplished by disconnecting the wallet, clearing local app data, or uninstalling the App.
For privacy requests, contact: pawelmiroslaw@proton.me
11 International Use
The App may be used in multiple jurisdictions. If and to the extent personal data is processed, such processing will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including applicable Polish and EU data protection requirements where relevant.
12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will apply when published with a revised "Last updated" date.
