01 About the App

Crypto Puzzle is a mobile puzzle game that requires the user to connect a compatible Solana Mobile wallet before entering gameplay. The App is intended for entertainment purposes only.

The App is not presented as, and must not be understood as:

• a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or money transmission service;
• investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice;
• a medical, health, or emergency service; or
• an official Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, Solana Mobile, wallet-provider, or government product.

02 Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law. If you are under the age at which you can validly accept these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

03 Wallet Requirement

The App currently requires a compatible Solana Mobile wallet connection to access gameplay on supported devices.

You are solely responsible for:

• choosing and maintaining your wallet;
• protecting your wallet, device, seed phrase, private keys, and recovery credentials;
• reviewing wallet prompts before approving any action; and
• understanding any third-party wallet terms that apply to you.

We do not control third-party wallets and are not responsible for their availability, security, performance, or terms.

04 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the App to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
• interfere with or disrupt the App, wallets, devices, networks, or security features;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, code, or data;
• use the App in any misleading, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or unlawful manner; or
• misrepresent your affiliation with any person, company, or organization.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• promote or facilitate unlawful conduct;
• distribute malware, malicious code, or exploit kits;
• violate intellectual property or privacy rights;
• engage in deceptive, manipulative, or coercive conduct; or
• interfere with the operation of the App or other users' devices.

06 Intellectual Property

The App, its branding, layout, design elements, text, software, and other content made available by us are owned by or licensed to Pawel Miroslaw, except for third-party materials used under their respective licenses.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

07 Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party software, wallet integrations, operating system components, open-source libraries, and platform services. Your use of those third-party components may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

08 Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Crypto Puzzle Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

09 Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, wallet, or operating system version.

10 Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that:

• the App will always function without interruption or bugs;
• wallet connectivity will always succeed;
• any third-party wallet or device service will remain available; or
• the App is appropriate for any particular legal jurisdiction or use case.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawel Miroslaw will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, digital assets, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawel Miroslaw from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of:

• your misuse of the App;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law; or
• your violation of any third-party right.

13 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform rules.

You may stop using the App at any time.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Poland will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
